PART 1

Project Methodology
The Double Diamond framework has been followed as the research & design methodology of this thesis. The content is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 focusses on the Discover & Define phases, covering essential areas like Empathizing with the user, Defining the Problem and Ideating. Part 2 uncovers the Develop & Deliver phases, picking up with a Nacarian User Persona and then delving into the Prototype Outcome and Test and MVP Futures.

PART 2
NS User Persona
The People Champion
Culturally inclined, an early adopter who loves to be keep up to date with current zeitgeist trends
She is a powerful organizer, using Google Calendar and written notes, opting simple interfaces and clean silhouettes. She prefers using her laptop for work. She also likes to do courses created by industry professionals on to add to her skillset.
Uses Instagram application on her phone to discover new creatives and visit niche pop ups and events in and around Barcelona.
She is highly engaged with peers at her workspace and enjoys making new connections.

After the UX Research and Ideation, the Design Sprint process was applied for the creation of the new platform MVP
