Nacar Space was envisioned as an internal company platform that redefines how teams connect, collaborate, and grow together. With the company's hybrid and remote working culture, they faced the challenge of maintaining company spirit, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This project sought to answer a crucial question: How might we design a better way of working?
Through an in-depth research process, I explored shifting workplace dynamics, analyzing how technology has transformed meetings, knowledge-sharing, and task management. Employees today seek more flexibility, a stronger sense of belonging, and a healthier work-life balance. Nacar Space was designed as a response to these needs—bridging the gap between digital and physical workspaces to create an environment where team culture thrives.
My role in this project blended UI design, UX research, strategy, and design thinking, ensuring that every new or updated feature within Nacar Space reflected a meaningful and engaging user experience.
